Commission for Brett

I just completed this commission for my buddy Brett. This painting took a long time to form into what you see here. If you took and x-ray of this, you’d see about twenty paintings underneath what this is now. Glad to get to a point where I have to send it off. Phew!

Handplayed by Moniker Guitars

I was super lucky to work on this rad project with the dudes over at Moniker Guitars this year. We went to the opening this past weekend and saw all of the amazing works by each artist. They were really awesome and every one different in their own way. Big thanks to Kevin and Brett over at Moniker for putting this rad event together.

You can still bid on the guitars and raise money for Austin musicians by clicking over here: BID NOW!

Handplayed by Moniker Guitars

Check out this show coming up put together by Moniker Guitars. The artists were asked to do their thing on one of Moniker’s sweet custom guit-pickers. I took mine and beat it up a bit, cut my own headstock shape and added some one-shot paint on the back. This guitar will be for sale at the show coming up on December 7th at Up Collective.

Wolves by X.C. Atkins

I’ve been working with Xavier on a zine we’ll be releasing with Crummy House this weekend at Common House. It has some rad writings by X.C. himself and a bunch of content about our fascination with wolves. Come on out and say hello and snag a zine while they last.

William Gaynor will be showing some of his work in the main gallery at his opening for Cowboys and Indians. This will be one not to miss Austin! Hope to see you there.
