Working with other people.

Crummy House

I’ve been working with Crummy House to do some cool things lately. Check it out!

Crummy House is made up of artists working with other artists on projects, limited-edition zines, and artworks. Originally founded by Mason McFee and Jessica Clark, the group continues to add new artists to its collaborative project team and entertains every project they encounter. Though visual work is the foundation, the group continues to push into other art worlds such as literature and music.

Tribeza Design Issue

Tribeza asked f I would like to participate in their design issue and I was super excited. When I looked at the other designers featured, I have to admit, I was a bit nervous about submitting. There were some really great, long-time creative workers on there, but I went ahead and threw my piece in the works. I treated this like a project and gave myself the assignment of introducing myself.

Beautiful Decay

Beautiful Decay asked artists to interpret their “Future Perfect” and make a piece of art about it. I did this work to represent what I saw as a more perfect future.

Style-X Shirts

I had the opportunity to make some shirts for Style X, the first expansion of SXSW into the fashion world. At the event, there were many vendors showing off the latest styles and shit, but I ended up working with Sanctuary Printshop to make a couple images that would be available for print-on-demand at the event.

TDK Boomboxes

A while back I had to opportunity to make some cool sculptures for the Fader Fort’s installation by TDK. They tasked me with taking some old boom boxes and doing something with them, so I ended up making these sculptures and installed them in their display with some painted designs to fit in with the other hand drawn elements.
